The firm was first established in 1992 by Attorney Rob Graham ('92 NV). His wife, Attorney Linda M. Graham ('93 NV), joined the law firm as a partner in 1995. Attorney Michele Chambers ('98 UT) has been with the firm for nearly a year. Most recently, the firm added Attorney Delwyn Webber ('08 NV). Collectively, the firm's attorneys have over forty-three years of legal experience in a broad range of practice areas.

(Paul Mitchell Hair Products), and Broadway Entertainment, Inc. The firm also represents many well-known entertainers and business personalities as well. Rob Graham has appeared or consulted on numerous television news programs as an expert in his field, including several episodes of "America's Most Wanted." Most recently, Mr. Graham was a technical adviser to a documentary on MSNBC regarding a large-scale fraud that impacted many of his elderly and business clients.

The law firm earns a fee for the services it provides, but the fee is not the most important part of their representation. They deem it a necessary part as the firm is still a business and needs to pay its employees, the overhead and ultimately make a reasonable profit. It is not, however, the reason the lawyers with the firm went into the practice of law. There is plenty of money-driven lawyers in the world. They don't count ourselves in that group. They feel one cannot bill for extra effort or intense focus. It is not the number of hours that they can bill that they look at, but rather the quality of those hours.
